I would agree. Yes this is a legitimate business. I have used their multipurpose cleaner before and it worked pretty well, although it has a weird smell. They claim their prices are at or below comparable products, but at $3 plus per spray bottle worth, I don't know how they can possibly claim this.

The following is for people who do not \"walk the talk\". They say they want to be, or are \"green\" and yet they use every excuse in the book, not to be. I distribute Wowgreen and wrote the following in answer to some of the comments I get on a daily basis.

Wowgreen & Stockholm Syndrome

“What we’ve got here is a failure to communicate. Some men you just can’t teach…” stated actor Strother Martin as the captain, addressing Paul Newman in “Cool Hand Luke, a movie classic.

The quote has nothing to do with Wowgreen, but what I have to say does. I am using the quote to make a point, a point about people who have been introduced to Wowgreen cleaning products and its applications, which they have all but thrown back in my face, with some of the following statements:

“I\'m not a big fan of the detergent, as I like my clothes to smell like laundry.”
(Like Chlorine Bleach? - Even the health department suggests using it, right? As if they care if people live or die.)

“I understand the enzymes need to be activated, but I don\'t really like that I have to wait 1 minute to let it set. I\'m in a hurry usually and like to spray and wipe.”
(In a hurry to die, no doubt)

“Your product doesn’t smell like it would clean.”
(The toxic products smell pretty and may smell clean, never mind that it can kill you, your family or pets.)

“I do like the products but for me it\'s a small inconvenience to order them off the Internet or anything. I normally just pick up my products from Target or some place like that when I get a moment to think about it.”
(It does not matter that the plastic bottle are not recyclable. Some people really do not care about recycling and think others should/will do it. Besides, the Heal the Bay sticker on the car shows they are concerned about the environment.)

“I like to use bleach because things smell clean.”
(Never mind the fact that they may be 50 years of age and that they have been using Chlorine bleach, and toxic cleaning products for such a long time that they may now actually have cancer. It just hasn’t been diagnosed yet.)

“My housekeeper doesn’t feel Wowgreen works and she likes to use the products we already have.”
(Wait until the housekeeper reads the study on how prolonged use of the toxic housecleaning products she has been using are responsible for cancer in many of those in her field, including her. Can you spell “lawsuit”.)

“I love the concept of WOW green but the waiting a minute seems like a very long minute.” (Forget all the minutes and hours they have been using toxic product that may soon take their toll on them.)

“When I am cleaning up I normally want to just want to spray and wipe.”
(Instant gratification makes it so much better, and quicker to acquire and illness or allergy.)

“I believe that the products are great and I love that they are all eco friendly.”
(But maybe there are other people who would want to use them”.)

Over dramatization, you say. The statements are actual comments made by individuals who were given Wowgreen for a trial run. The responses in parenthesis are immediate answers that came to mind as I listened or read what they had to say.

It has become obvious that some people, perhaps many, REALLY don’t care about being environmentally friendly and just want instant gratification. I don\'t know what to else to say, except that these individuals will be the ones who will scream the loudest when/if something does happen to their family, because of the toxic product they use. Will they then want the government to intervene and regulate cleaning products? It reminds me of smokers. Warning labels have been on cigarette packages for decades, yet people still smoke and continue to sue tobacco companies.

Many people do not “walk the talk” and expect others to do the recycling for them. It is not that they are to “good for it”, maybe just lazy, perhaps elitist. Besides, it will require “change”. They talk about “change”, want “change”, say “change is good”, but I am not so sure about all that. I call it “pseudo concern” for the environment – eco conscious fakers. People will drive around in a Prius with a Heal the Bay sticker, be on their way to a PETA or some environmental friendly rally, yet they will not stop using toxic cleaning products in their homes because it “inconveniences” them.

As far as I am concerned, nothing could be more inconvenient than illness or death. Individually people can make that decision, if that is what they want, but their children, family and pets, cannot when they are in charge of purchasing “the toxic goods”.

People are creatures of habit and even if the stuff can harm them, kill them; they will continue using it because they really do not want \"change\". It is kind of like \"Stockholm Syndrome\" with cleaning products. They know it can kill them and those around them, but they continue using the toxic product because they have grown used to them. Any information is cast aside, because they have grown complacent and it is easier to continue doing what you have been for ages.

Wowgreen is a product that can and will make a difference. O.K. so Wowgreen detergent does not clean the same way as bleach, but it doesn’t kill either. Bleach is a disinfectant, we are not, and we clean. You can take Wowgreen dirty water and feed it to your plants. Again, let me say, that as far as I concerned that, is “double duty” and besides being eco friendly, you save water. Isn’t that what this is all about? We need to reserve water and clean our environment, so what could be “more perfect” than using Wowgreen?

In the interim, those who want to educate with Wowgreen, need to continue be persistent. In due time people will come around and those that do not will eventually get sick or make those around them ill or even kill them.

Buy your cleaning products responsibly use eco friendly products even if they are not Wowgreen, JUST DO IT!
